Let Trash Moon help Spread the word about your event!

Submitted events will be added to our weekly newsletter under 'Community Events'

and added as a 'Community Event' on our website and website calendar.

Events should take place in a 20 mile radius to Salt Lake City, Utah.

Music events (jams, concerts, workshops, dances) should keep to the broad folk genre.

Folk-associated arts events (craftsmanship, gardening, wellness workshops) can be accepted on case-by-case basis.

Events must be sent in by Friday evening at midnight to be considered for the following week's newsletter.

The newsletter goes out on Mondays.

Trash Moon has the right to decline your submission and issue a refund.

Please no weird stuff, be cool, keep it rootsy.

Trash Ads Tier 1 - $5 (free for Members)

Website and Newsletter Hosting

Events must have all required information and be submitted the Friday before in order to be added to the following Monday newsletter
Ad limited to one event per month per band/person
Free for Members
Event added to weekly newsletter in text under Community Events (for up to 1 month before event date)
Event added to our website and website calendar with a unique event page as a Community Member Event with no RSVP or prepay abilities

Trash Ads Tier 2 - $30

RSVP and pre-sale ticketing service

Events must have all required information and be submitted the Friday before in order to be added to the following Monday newsletter
Ad limited to one event per month per band/person
Event added to the weekly newsletter in text under Community Events (for up to 1 month before event date)
Event added to our website calendar with a unique event page as a Community Member Event
- Event Organizer can choose RSVP or pre-sale ticketing
- Pre-sale tickets and RSVPs will be closed the day before show. Event Organizer will be emailed a guest list.
By the next business day after the event, Event Organizer will be paid out.
- Event Organizer will be sent a fillable financial form before the event and must fill it out in order to receive payout in a timely manner.
- The fees cover time for bookkeeping, upkeep, and cover transfer fees incurred.
